1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Secure VPN Lock ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Falalla FZ LTD ("we," "our," or "us").

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this App.

2. Description of Service

Secure VPN Lock is a VPN application that provides secure, encrypted connections to remote VPN servers. VPN is the core and primary functionality of this application.

Service Features:

  • Secure VPN connection using WireGuard protocol
  • Encryption of all device traffic through secure tunnel
  • Multiple server locations
  • Privacy protection

Service Availability: We provide the service "as is" and do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service. The service may be unavailable at certain periods due to maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons beyond our control.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for:

  • Using the service legally and in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring your use of the service does not violate any laws or regulations

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use the App for:

  • Illegal Activities: Any activity that violates local, state, federal, or international laws
  • Copyright Infringement: Downloading, sharing, or distributing copyrighted material without authorization
  • Malicious Activities: Spam, phishing, malware distribution, hacking, or any form of cybercrime
  • Terrorism or Criminal Activity: Supporting or facilitating terrorism, organized crime, or other criminal activities
  • Traffic Manipulation: Redirecting or manipulating traffic from other apps for monetization purposes
  • Export Control Violations: Using the service in violation of export control laws (see Section 11)

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service immediately if you violate these prohibitions.

5. Export Control and Sanctions Compliance

⚠️ IMPORTANT: The VPN software used in this App is subject to United States export control laws and regulations.

5.1 Prohibited Countries

You may NOT use this App if you are located in, or a resident of, any of the following countries:

  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • Iraq
  • Libya
  • North Korea (Democratic People's Republic of Korea)
  • Sudan
  • Syria
  • Russia-occupied regions of Ukraine
  • Russian Federation
  • Any other country subject to United States embargo or sanctions

5.2 Prohibited Persons

You may NOT use this App if you are:

  • Listed on the U.S. Department of Treasury OFAC list of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons
  • Listed on the United States Commerce Department's Denied Persons List, Entities List, or Unverified List
  • Subject to any United Nations, European Union, or United Kingdom sanctions
  • Owned or controlled by, or acting on behalf of, any sanctioned person or entity

5.3 Your Responsibility

By using this App, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are not located in, or a resident of, any prohibited country
  • You are not a prohibited person or entity
  • You will comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations
  • You will not export, re-export, or transfer the App or related technology to any prohibited country or person

Violation of export control laws is a federal crime and may result in severe penalties, including criminal prosecution.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, graphics, text, sounds, pictures, and software, is the property of Falalla FZ LTD or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the App
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
  • Use our trademarks or service marks without our prior written consent

Third-Party Components: The App uses VPN technology provided by VPNWholesaler (Webistics Holdings Ltd) and includes open-source software components. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for information about third-party services.

7. Limitation of Liability

DISCLAIMER: THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We shall not be liable for:

  • Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the service
  • Any loss of data or information
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of your data
  • Any errors, bugs, or defects in the App
  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Any loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities

Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of third-party services, including VPNWholesaler. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Falalla FZ LTD, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your use of the App
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any law or regulation
  • Your infringement of any rights of another party

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Illegal or fraudulent use of the service
  • Abuse of the service
  • Any other reason we deem necessary

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. We are not liable for any termination of your access to the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated Terms on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last modified.

Your continued use of the App after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the App.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
